Will my instrument have been serviced?
Yes, all instruments are fully serviced by RBIR prior to being listed online to ensure you can purchase your second-hand instrument with confidence.
Will my instrument include a case and a mouthpiece?
Please check the individual instrument listing to see whether a case or mouthpiece is included. Most instruments will include a case and some are complete with a mouthpiece. If the instrument doesn't include a mouthpiece, please check out our Mouthpieces or get in touch for more advice.
Do you offer insurance when shipping?
Certainly, insurance is included in all of our shipping options. Unfortunately, we are unable to take any responsibility for damages that occur during transit and therefore, we recommend that you take our suitable insurance for your purchase. Do you accept returns?
