When purchasing from The Brass Shack, please allow 3 working days for your order to be dispatched. All orders are shipped via 'special delivery - fully tracked and guaranteed by 1pm'.
We ship our orders using Royal Mail and UPS. Our shipping rates are as follows:

500g - Multi mutes and small accessories (3-4 items)

£10 (insured to the value of £250)
£20 (insured to the value of £500)
UPS
Up to 5kg - Multi mutes and small accessories (5-20 items) / cornet (1 item)
£9.11 (insured to the value of £75)
£15.11 (insured to the value of £1,000)
£33.11 (insured to the value of £2,000)
Up to 10kg - Cornets & flugels (up to 2 items) / Horns, baritones, trombones, euphoniums & French horns (1 item)

£36.83 (insured to the value of £2,000)
Up to 20kg - Horns, baritones, trombones &euphoniums (up to 2 items)

Insurance
We ensure that all our instruments and accessories are packaged to the best of our ability, however, we cannot take responsibility for any damages that happen during transit. This is why we recommend for you to insure your order for the correct amount in case any issues do incur during delivery.
Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns. Every item is fully tested and quality checked prior to shipping and sent as advertised. We are also happy to offer in-person trials before purchasing.
If your order does seem to be damaged in transit, a claim will be made through the courier to the value of the insured amount, providing the package has not be opened. If your instrument does appear to be damaged on arrival, please get in touch as soon as possible or within 7 days. The Brass Shack cannot accept any responsibility for damages caused during transit.
